Oracle r12 Project Mgr

Requirement Details:

Looking for a functional Senior Project Manager that has extensive experience managing over Oracle applications, Oracle GL, AR, AP and FA, i-expense, procurement, MFG, OM, AR, iRec, OIC, and legacy mainframe systems. The candidate will be well-versed in scoping, managing up to 10 people, and delivering solutions. You will be managing an internal team and an outside vendor, building relationships with the internal business clients.

Qualifications:
The manager must live in the MSP area, no funded travel, and they must be comfortable managing a 3 year long project.

Must have managed at least 2, $1.5m sized projects and preferably has experience managing at least 1 $5m 3 year long project. 10 + years experience utilizing Project and Product Mgt principles including: Scope, Risk, Quality, Communications, Cost, Integration, Procurement/Vendors, Human Resources, Schedule, Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management

10 + years experience IT experience including: Development and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, i-expense, i-procurement)

Desired Characteristics
Considerable understanding of Oracle or comparable ERP system, both functional and technical
Proficient in data conversions and creating test plans
Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
Quality and cost driven
Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans
Ability to influence and build consensus with other IT teams and leadership
Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Education: Bachelors Required/Masters or PMP Certification a plus.
