I recently concluded a recruiting assignment for a $6 Billion worldwide manufacturing company looking for an SAP architect to design and manage the worldwide rollout of SAP to their operations in 28 countries servicing over 21,000 employees.
During my search I contacted over 5,000 candidates with SAP architectural experience worldwide, and narrowed the search down to 50 qualified, available, and interested candidates, and narrowed that list down to 3 finalists for my client’s specific position. This candidate is one of the most deeply knowledgeable people in the business when it comes to enterprise architecture, storage solutions, disaster recovery, and application deployment. Candidate is an expert with SAP and Oracle client/server solutions.
He has been doing SAP implementation since 1996 – with 8 full lifecycle architectural deployments under his belt. Heavy experience in Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 architecture and implementations.
He is experienced in SAP Architecture, SAP Basis, is Oracle Certified, and has been working with HCM systems from mainframe systems, through PeopleSoft to SAP HCM.
He has been highly recommended by his peers, and is a true professional.
He is available to relocate, and has done relocations several times in the past.

Candidate # 2
This candidate has 20 Years of IT experience, has been working as a Lead SAP Basis Architect on implementations of SAP Net Weaver, SAP Enterprise, Solution Manager including architecture and security. Currently working as the managing SAP Basis Architect for one of the top 10 global consulting companies on a long term project for a company with $10 Billion annualized sales, over 30,000 employees and operations in 150 countries. Has similar experience in scope and scale in Manufacturing, Entertainment, Energy and Automotive industries. Candiate has performed 8 full lifecycle SAP implementations, 5 as an architect andhas 14 years f experience in SAP Architecture, 15 years in SAP BASIS and SAP Security, 10 years in HCM, 7 in ECC, and has experience in Oracle versions 6-11.
Candidate has excellent communication skills, has significant experience presenting to executive management, developing statements of work, and documentation.

Candidate # 3
Has 7 years of experience performing SAP architectural work. He has designed 3 Full lifecycle implementations as well as SAP PI product development and validation. Has experience as SAP Architect and Developer in large scale implementations in the Energy, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, and Service industries.
This candidate is currently in the Southeast but is interested in moving to the Midwest to be closer to family. The candidate has significant experience in SAP Basis – Performance tuning parameters, and Scaling and has over 7 years’ experience in architecture and development for SAP HCM. Other SAP modules with significant experience include ECC, SRM, MDM, EHP, PCUI, CRM, and XI.
Has perfomed integrations between 3rd party systems and Oracle back end.
