I am not your typical recruiter that simply takes job orders, and throws resume’s back at you hoping something will stick. I have run my own successful IT companies since the 90’s (My hosting & consulting company recorded 100% compounded annual sales growth for 10 years prior to being sold to private investors) and I have recruited, hired, managed, and fired IT executives, salesmen, customer service specialists, and technical personnel like developers, and networking specialist. This gives me a unique insight when recruiting. I personally interview, fact check, and reference check every candidate that I choose to represent and ask myself whether I would hire this person if I were in your shoes and what kind of impact he would have on your company’s success. If I wouldn’t hire the candidate myself, I don’t present him to you.

I have an extensive personal network of highly qualified IT executives, and technical resources which I have built over my career in consulting, staffing and recruiting. In my recruiting practice today, I do use the major job boards, social networks, and all of the tools that other recruiters use; I just use these tools differently. I don’t believe that there are never good candidates on the major job boards; I just believe that it’s my responsibility to find the best candidate for each search assignment. The top talent (Those people that can have the largest positive impact on your business) are rarely found on a job board like CareerBuilder or Monster, they are being well taken care of by their current employers, and are not on the active market.
